The Brevard College Department of Athletics is pleased to announce its inaugural BC Athletics Tornado Club Auction. The online silent auction was made available on Monday, August 1 at 8 a.m. and runs until Wednesday, August 21 at 8 a.m., the date of the 11th annual BC Tornados Open held at the Lake Toxaway Country Club.
The USA South Conference on Friday morning released its annual USA South Academic All-Conference list, selecting 91 Brevard College student-athletes as Academic All-Conference selections. Additionally, 18 student-athletes collected “With Distinction” Academic All-Conference honors, accruing at least a 3.9 grade point average in both the Fall and Spring semesters.
The Brevard College Men’s Basketball program has announced the dates for its annual summer camps.
The first camp will take place from June 24-27, with the second camp being held from August 5-8. Both camps will take place inside of the Boshamer Gymnasium on the campus of Brevard College.
There are two sessions of each camp, a full-day (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) which costs $180 for the week and a half day (9 a.m.-12 p.m.) at a cost of $90 a week. The full-day session will include lunch and both sessions require a $50 non-refundable deposit as well as a completed waiver form.
The camp is opened to boys and girls ages 6-14, with all campers receiving a free t-shirt and camp ball for their participation.
