  • Brevard College Athletics Announces Inaugural BC Athletics Tornado Club Auction

    The Brevard College Department of Athletics is pleased to announce its inaugural BC Athletics Tornado Club Auction. The online silent auction was made available on Monday, August 1 at 8 a.m. and runs until Wednesday, August 21 at 8 a.m., the date of the 11th annual BC Tornados Open held at the Lake Toxaway Country Club. 
  • 91 Brevard College Student-Athletes Named USA South Academic All-Conference

    The USA South Conference on Friday morning released its annual USA South Academic All-Conference list, selecting 91 Brevard College student-athletes as Academic All-Conference selections. Additionally, 18 student-athletes collected “With Distinction” Academic All-Conference honors, accruing at least a 3.9 grade point average in both the Fall and Spring semesters.
  • Men’s Basketball Announces its Annual Summer Camps

    The Brevard College Men’s Basketball program has announced the dates for its annual summer camps.  The first camp will take place from June 24-27, with the second camp being held from August 5-8. Both camps will take place inside of the Boshamer Gymnasium on the campus of Brevard College.  There are two sessions of each camp, a full-day (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) which costs $180 for the week and a half day (9 a.m.-12 p.m.) at a cost of $90 a week. The full-day session will include lunch and both sessions require a $50 non-refundable deposit as well as a completed waiver form. The camp is opened to boys and girls ages 6-14, with all campers receiving a free t-shirt and camp ball for their participation.   • Brevard Men’s Basketball Set to Host Elite Camp on Saturday, March 23

    The Brevard College Men’s Basketball program has announced the date for its annual Elite Camp. BC’s Elite Camp, which is open to grades 11-12, will take place at the Boshamer Gymnasium on the campus of Brevard College on Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

    Senior forward Ke’Vel Kingsberry has been named to the 2019 USA South Men’s Basketball All-Sportsmanship team. Part of the USA South's postseason awards, the USA South All-Sportsmanship team is nominated by coaching staffs across the Conference.
  • Tornados Wrap Up 2018-19 Campaign with Defeat at Huntingdon

    The Brevard College Men's Basketball team (5-20, 2-16 USAS) wrapped up its 2018-19 season with a 73-60 road loss to USA South Conference foe Huntingdon (13-12, 10-8 USAS) on Saturday afternoon at the Roland Arena.

    The Brevard College Tornados (5-15, 2-11 USAS) dropped a USA South Conference home battle to the Berea Mountaineers (10-9, 5-7 USAS) by a final of 78-64 on Wednesday night at the Boshamer Gymnasium. The matchup featured two of the USA South’s most prolific scorers in Brevard’s Levi Lamb and Berea’s Torell Carter. 
  • Cannon Lamb Records Career-High 19 Points, Tornados Fall to Scots on the Road

    Sophomore forward Cannon Lamb put up a new career-high scoring output of 19 points in reserve action for Brevard, however, the Brevard College Tornados Men’s Basketball team (5-14, 2-10 USAS) fell in conference play to the defending USA South Tournament Champion Maryville Scots (13-6, 9-3 USAS) 56-46 in a low-scoring affair at the Boydson Baird Gymnasium in Maryville, Tennessee.
