BREVARD, N.C. – The Brevard College Women's Soccer program has announced its schedule for the upcoming Spring 2021 season of soccer.

Brevard's schedule features 10 regular season matches – eight of which against USA South Conference competition – with the opportunity to compete in the USA South Women's Soccer West Division Tournament in early April.

The Tornados will kick off their long-awaited Spring season of competition on Saturday, February 13 at 12 p.m. on the newly-expanded Ives-Lemel Family Field in conference action, hosting Covenant College. BC then travels for a mid-week competition on Wednesday, February 17 at 6 p.m. against Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee before returning home on Sunday, February 21 at 1 p.m. to face Berea College. Brevard closes out the month of February with a trip to Decatur, Georgia to battle Agnes Scott College on Saturday, February 27 at 2 p.m.

The month of March opens up with the Tornados traveling to Macon, Georgia to square off against Wesleyan College on Saturday, March 6 at 4 p.m. before opening up a two-match homestand against Huntingdon College on Sunday, March 14 at 2 p.m. and LaGrange College on Sunday, March 21 at 3 p.m. BC's conference schedule concludes with a trip to Demorest, Georgia to face Piedmont College on Friday, March 26 at 7 p.m.

For the first time as members of the USA South, the Tornados are eligible for postseason play. While the NCAA previously canceled championship events for fall sports due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the USA South will still crown divisional champions in Men's and Women's Soccer along with Volleyball. These three sports will compete via an intra-divisional, single-round robin format amongst the top-four teams in each division, culminating with post-season divisional tournaments. The first round of the USA South Conference Women's Soccer West Division Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, April 3, while the West Division Championship game is slated for Friday, April 9.

Alongside the USA South postseason tournament, the Tornados have a pair of non-conference matches scheduled to close out their Spring season. Brevard will host Warren Wilson on Wednesday, April 7 at 7 p.m. before closing out the season in Winston-Salem, North Carolina against Carolina University on Saturday, April 10 at 7 p.m.
