Tesch joins the BC staff as a Graduate Assistant for the Tornados where responsibilities will include all phases with the varsity team and serving as an assistant coach for the reserve team. He will also lead the strength and conditioning programs for both teams.

After initially earning his youth completion from United Soccer Coaching programming, Tesch is currently studying at the Master's program for Health and Human Performance at Brevard with a focus on strength and conditioning.  Originally from Auburn, Washington, Tesch played four years at Montana State University Billings, an NCAA Division II program.  After receiving an additional year of eligibility due to COVID-19 provisions by the NCAA, Tesch enrolled at Brevard College and played moved to Brevard's Men's team and was a key part as a starting defender for the 2022 USA South Conference championship team that advanced to the NCAA Division III tournament for the first time in school history.  

Brady initially completed his undergraduate studies in Health and Human Performance with a Teaching Licensure.  He is on pace to earn a Master's of Science in Health and Human Performance from Brevard College in the Spring of 2024.
