LeMay came to Missouri Valley in the fall of 2017, and spent two seasons as a Graduate Assistant coach for the men's lacrosse program before being elevated as the team's Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach in June, 2019.  Two months later, he added the duties of Head Women's Lacrosse Coach, leading the Vikings for the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons.  In November of 2020, LeMay also assumed duties as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Missouri Valley.

As a college student-athlete, LeMay was a four-year member of the Mitchell College (Conn.) men's lacrosse program.  A three-year captain of the team, he was a three-time selection as Goalkeeper of the Year and a First-Team All-Conference selection in the NCAA Division III New England Collegiate Conference.  In his goalkeeping career at Mitchell, he set a school record with 773 career saves.  Off the field, he served as Co-President of his school's SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) and attended the NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum.
