BREVARD, N.C. - The Brevard College men's basketball team (5-17, 4-11) plays host to USA South West Division-leading Covenant College (13-7, 10-3 USAS) on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Boshamer Gymnasium.

Brevard College will be hosting the Jameson's Joy Memorial Service Foundation during Tuesday's contest. The Jameson's Joy Memorial Service Foundation was created to honor the life and legacy of an amazing 9-year-old boy, Jameson Courtine, who left this earth last year. They hope to inspire people to build and strengthen their communities through acts of kindness – just as Jameson did.

Jameson's legacy has already touched hundreds of people in a positive way. It is our hope to keep this legacy alive in Jameson's honor. To read more about Jameson's Joy, please click here

The Tornados come into Tuesday's matchup following a home defeat at the hands of LaGrange College, 95-74, last Saturday. Cannon Lamb led the way for all scorers, as the Tornado junior dropped 26 points on 11-of-19 shooting from the field. The Marion, North Carolina native racked up a season-best three blocks on the defensive end of the floor and added four rebounds, two steals, and two assists to his total.

Brevard and Covenant have already faced each other once this season, as the Scots took a 75-55 victory on January 14 in Lookout Mountain, Georgia. In the contest, senior forward Levi Lamb became the fifth member of Brevard's NCAA-era 1,000-point club.

Covenant comes into Tuesday's game with 10 conference wins to lead the west division. The Scots are winners of four out of their last five and are led by preseason All-American Will Crumly.

After the Tornados' battle with Covenant, BC will return to action on Saturday with a road trip to Maryville, Tennessee to face Maryville College at 4 p.m.
