BREVARD, N.C. – Brevard College tennis sophomores Brooke Garland and Ethan McGee each earned postseason honors from the USA South Conference following the conclusion of the conference's regular season. McGee earned All-Conference honors as USA South Conference Men's Tennis All-West Division Honorable Mention in addition to a selection on the USA South Men's Tennis All-Sportsmanship team. Garland was honored on the USA South Women's Tennis All-Sportsmanship Team.

McGee, a sophomore from Salisbury, North Carolina, earned a 4-2 overall singles record all at the top spot for BC that included a 3-1 record in top-flight USA South matches. McGee earned the first USA South Men's Tennis Player of the Week award of the 2021 season following a perfect 6-0, 6-0 victory in the number-one singles play vs. Berea.

Garland, a sophomore from Canton, North Carolina, went 3-1 in singles action in 2021, winning matches in the number four, five, and six spots.

The Tornados are scheduled to conclude their 2021 season on Sunday when Brevard hosts Pfeiffer University at 1 p.m. at the McCoy Tennis Complex.
