Tornados Participate in NCAA DIII Regionals

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The Brevard College men's and women's cross country teams competed in the program's first NCAA DIII Regional Championships on Saturday afternoon at Milliken Research Park in Spartanburg, South Carolina. 

Devon Brodmyer led the way for the men's side with a 75th place result, finishing in 28:09.3. George Wells finished 80th with a 28:18.9, while Dalton Hawley secured a top-100 finish with a 28:45.2. Justin King and Michael Fader also competed for Brevard. 

Sandra Diaz-Martinez finished as the top performer on the women's side with a 28:09.6, while Zoe Capps ran a 28:38.7. Haylea Layne, Sophia Ogawa, and Ashton Cashwell also finished for the Tornados.
