CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Brevard College men's tennis team earned a 7-2 victory over JWU-Charlotte to open the Spring portion of its season on Sunday in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Tornados swept doubles play before going 4-2 in singles for the 7-2 team win.
Devon Horton and James Srsich won number one doubles, 8-5, as JaMarcus Walker and Andrew Ingram won 8-6 in doubles action. Noah Lewis and Peter Bresko won to sweep doubles play, as the contest moved to singles action.
Lewis, Daelan Gray, Brian Seon, and Hunter Williams all won singles matches as the Tornados marched to a 7-2 team win.
The Tornados will return to play on Saturday, February 27 as Brevard visits Pfeiffer University for a 1 p.m. match time.
