The Tornados have won seven matches to go along with one draw in the streak that dates back to a 2-0 win at Bob Jones on September 12.  The last loss for BC came over one month ago, a road defeat at Oglethorpe on September 7.  BC has outscored its opponents 18-5 over the undefeated streak which includes five shutouts.

Junior captain Sam O'Callaghan registered a career-best three assists in the contest, setting up his teammates on each of BC's first three goals. Daniel Morgan scored a career-high two goals, while Ryan Lynch registered three points with a goal and an assist.

On Saturday on Mary Baldwin's home pitch, BC took an early 1-0 lead on a goal by Lynch off an assist by O'Callaghan in the 14th minute.  The goal marked the team-best seventh of the season and the 14th in the career of Lynch, a junior from Charlotte, North Carolina.

Mary Baldwin answered with an equalizer just five minutes later, however, BC would take control with two goals less than four minutes apart.

In the 31st minute, O'Callaghan found Morgan to give BC its lead back.  The native of Wicklow, Ireland then found sophomore Rocco Barbon for another score as Brevard took a two-goal advantage and O'Callaghan collected his third assist of the day and his seventh of the year.

The first 22 minutes of the second half were scoreless until Lynch set up Morgan for another goal and a 4-1 advantage for the road team.

After a goal by MBU in the 80th minute cut the lead to two goals, Francesco Bonometti scored for the second time in as many games to ensure the final result.

Matheus Rossi once again earned a win in goal on a day that required just two saves.

In total, BC outshot MBU 22-9, including a 13-7 advantage in the first half.

Brevard returns to action on Wednesday with a home conference matchup vs. Pfeiffer at 7 p.m. at Ives-Lemel Family Field.
