BREVARD, N.C. - The USA South Conference on Wednesday morning announced its 2019 Women's Lacrosse postseason honors, selecting Brevard College freshman goalkeeper Katherine Collins as BC's representative on the USA South All-Sportsmanship team.

Collins, a freshman from Marietta, Ga., started all 16 matches for the Tornados in 2019, tallying 107 saves in 960 minutes played.

Earlier this season, Collins earned a USA South Conference weekly honor. After an undefeated, 2-0 week for the Tornados, Collins was named USA South Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week.

Collins helped the Tornados finish 2019 with six victories for the second-straight season. Brevard's 6-3 start through the season's first nine games was the best start in the program's six-year history.
