BREVARD, N.C. – Brevard College Tornados Men's Soccer student-athlete David Garrett has been selected to the USA South Conference All-Sportsmanship team.

The USA South Conference released its season awards after the conclusion of the USA South Men's Soccer regular season. The USA South Tournament is currently underway, however, Brevard along with Pfeiffer are ineligible due to NCAA DIII reclassification.

Garrett, a native of Greenville, S.C. enjoyed a solid freshman campaign for the Tornados. He anchored the defensive back line alongside senior Chris Efenecy and Eric Lenhart. Garrett started all 18 games for BC and recorded his first career assist in a match against Pfeiffer.

The BC Men's Soccer team wrapped up its 2018 season on Saturday, Oct. 27. Brevard finished with a 5-13 record which included wins in two of its last three matches.
