2018-19 Brevard College Women’s Tennis Team Garners ITA All-Academic Team Honor

BREVARD, N.C. – The 2018-19 Brevard College Women's Tennis team has been awarded the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's (ITA) All-Academic Team honor, announced the ITA on Thursday afternoon. The announcement adds to Brevard College Athletics' impressive summer of academic awards.

The ITA's All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or above (on a 4.00 scale). All varsity letter winners were factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year (including fall 2018 and spring 2019).

BC's 2018-19 Women's Tennis team joins the 2015-16 women's tennis team as the only other BC squad to earn ITA All-Academic Team honors.

Samantha Sepe, rising Senior, Niceville, Fla.
