Women's Tennis Looks to Bounce Back Against Covenant

BREVARD, N.C.- Brevard's women's tennis team will look to snap a three-match losing streak as they go on the road to take on Covenant at 11 a.m. on March 24.

In its last match, Brevard (2-7) suffered an 8-1 setback to Converse at home on Wednesday afternoon. Freshman Hannah Spear picked up the sole win for the Tornados, as she won 6-2,6-1 over Charlotte Gayle. On the season, Spear leads the team with four singles wins.

Covenant (5-5) heads into the match coming off a 8-1 victory over Maryville, highlighted by number one singles player Aly Hall's 6-0,6-0 win over McKennah Francis.
