2017 (FRESHMAN / FOOTBALL): layed eight games over the course of his freshman season at Brevard … made his collegiate debut against Emory & Henry (Sept. 9) … recorded his first tackle at Greensboro (Sept. 16) and was part of a defensive unit that limited the Pride to seven points on the afternoon … served as a defensive reserve for the Tornados against LaGrange (Sept. 23), however did not record any statistics … made a solo stop against Huntingdon (Sept. 30) … saw action against Virginia-Lynchburg (Oct. 7), finishing with an assisted tackle … had his first multi-tackle performance of the season at Methodist (Oct. 14), assisting on two tackles which include a half tackle for loss … came through with four tackles (two solo) as Brevard downed N.C. Wesleyan (Oct. 28) … had a pass breakup against the Battling Bishops as well, his only one of the season … served as a reserve for the Tornado defense against Averett (Nov. 4), but did not record any statistics.

HIGH SCHOOL: A two-sport standout in both football and track and field … earned four letters in football as he played both offensive and defensive line under head coach Willie Cannon … wrapped up his freshman season with an 11-2 mark and a second round playoff appearance as he served as an offensive lineman … capped off the 2014 campaign with a 9-4 record, also reaching the second round of the playoffs … converted to defensive line in 2015 and was part of a team that ended the season in the playoffs with a 5-6 mark … returned to the defensive line as he highlighted a unit that finished 8-4 overall and made a second round playoff appearance … competed in discus in both the 2016 and 2017 seasons, reaching the regionals on two occasions.
