Men’s Tennis Falls to Pfeiffer on the Road

MISENHEIMER, N.C. - The Brevard College Tornados Men's Tennis team (0-4) fell in 9-0 fashion on Saturday afternoon to the Pfeiffer Falcons (2-3). 

Brevard fell in both of its doubles matches before heading to singles competition. 

Tim Hengst, who made his first appearance in No. 1 singles in 2019, fell 2-6, 2-6, while Tyler Frazee battled hard in the No. 2 slot before falling 1-6, 4-6. 

Alex Glaze made his collegiate tennis debut in Saturday's match in the No. 5 singles slot. 

A short-handed BC side that fielded five players on Saturday were disadvantaged with two forfeits, one in singles and one in doubles. 

The Brevard Men's Tennis squad will return to action next Saturday, March 9 as it heads to Lookout Mountain, Ga. for a USA South Conference match against Covenant College at 12 p.m.
