A Cannon Lamb layup halted a Bulldog 8-0 run to start the contest before The Citadel jumped out to a quick 23-5 lead at the 11:48 mark, forcing a Tornado timeout.

Boone scored Brevard's next two buckets on 3-pointers before a media timeout was called with 7:52 remaining in the first half. With Brevard trailing 34-11, the Tornados battled with the Bulldogs for the remaining of the half, slightly edging The Citadel in scoring down the stretch, 15-13, as the hosts took a 47-26 lead to the intermission.

A quick 7-4 scoring tilt before the first media timeout of the second half made the score 54-30 in favor of the Bulldogs before The Citadel extended its lead to a 61-32 margin with 12:04 left to play.

Boone's 3-point jumper at the 7:16 mark made the game's score 70-44 in favor of Brevard before the fast-paced Bulldogs closed the contest out with a 20-3 scoring run over the game's final seven-plus minutes of action to take the victory, 90-47.

The Tornados will return to action on Tuesday, December 3 as Brevard will look to avenge an early-season loss when BC rematches with Bob Jones University at 7 p.m. in Greenville, South Carolina. Brevard is back at the Boshamer Gymnasium on Saturday, December 7 when the Tornados kick off USA South Conference play against Berea College with a 4 p.m. tip-off time.
