BOONE, N.C.- Scott McGill took home first place in the men's A criterium on Sunday afternoon at the Appalachian State Road Race, the final event before the conference championships next week. McGill was able to finish the race by lapping the rest of the field in his individual victory.

2018 UCI Cyclocross Women's U23 representative Hannah Arensman finished sixth place in her first road race of the season in the women's A criterium. This was her first performance of the season since her cyclocross national championship win in January.

The team will travel to Clemson, S.C. for the conference championships which is set to take place on April 14-15.
