Raychel Diver joined Brevard College’s athletic department as the Director of Internal Operations in January of 2016.

As the Director of Internal Operations at Brevard College, her main areas of oversight include game-day operations, special event management, athletic development oversight, corporate sponsorship solicitation, business operations and HR.  Additionally, Diver supervises all athletic communication and marketing. In addition to her role in Athletics, Diver also serves as a Success Mentor for 26 first-year students and is a member of the campus-wide marketing committee.

Diver comes to Brevard following a stint at Campbell University as the top assistant soccer coach, managing daily administrative and coaching functions for the program. She maintained expense reports, recruiting database and NCAA compliance logs while also supervising team managers and players.


A graduate of Elon University, Diver interned with the athletic department in her senior year, gaining experience with the day-to-day operations of a collegiate athletic department. In her internship, she worked with the Business Manager and athletic marketing department and assisted with the administration of all athletic camps help on campus.

Diver played soccer for Elon and served as a two-year team captain. Academically she made conference All-Academic teams three times and served as a Student-Athlete Mentor and Resident Assistant for three years. Additionally, Diver completed a two-year undergraduate research project that examined youth-development and mentoring through sport in the surrounding county. Diver, along with her professor and mentor, Dr. Tony Weaver, wrote an article on the research titled, “Youth Sport Mentoring in North Carolina: Advice from Experts” which was officially published in the NCAAHPERD-SM Journal.

Diver is currently working on earning a Master of Nonprofit Management degree from the University of Central Florida.
