Caroline Papin enters her fifth season in 2021-22 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Brevard College, working directly with Football, Women's Basketball, Men's Lacrosse, Track & Field, and Cheerleading. During her tenure with the Tornado Department of Athletics, she has also worked with the Volleyball and Cross Country teams at BC. 

Papin came to Brevard from Huron High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she served as a Certified Volunteer Athletic Trainer. There, Papin worked directly with the school's Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Track & Field, Men's and Women's Lacrosse, Men's and Women's Tennis, Baseball, Softball, and Women's Waterpolo squads. Prior to her stint at Huron High, Papin served as a Certified Volunteer Athletic Trainer at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, where she worked directly with the Men's and Women's Swimming teams in their Training Camp held in Tampa, Florida, marking Papin's second stint at Susquehanna. 

While pursuing her Master's degree from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Papin held numerous Athletic Training Student positions to further bolster her extensive resume. These stops include Berwick Area High School in Berwick, Pennsylvania, Geisinger Woodbine Outpatient Clinic in Danville, Pennsylvania, Columbia County Volunteers in Medicine Clinic located in Mifflinville, Pennsylvania, and a student position at Susquehanna. Papin also held an internship at Concordia University Ann Arbor (CUAA) immediately following graduating from her undergrad at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). 

In addition to her experience in the field of Athletic Training, Papin held several other positions alongside her AT work. She served as Head Swim Coach at Selinsgrove Club Swim Team as well as an Assistant Coach position at Ypsilanti Otters Swim Club in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Papin worked as a Health Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor while completing her Master's degree. 

Papin is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer and is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association, the National Heart Association, and is both Bloodborne Pathogens and Battle Ropes Coach certified. She received her Master's degree in Clinical Athletic Training from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2017 and completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, Health, and Sport Science with a minor in Psychology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2015.
