Kira Paulin begins her first year as a member of the Brevard College Sports Medicine Staff, serving as an Assistant Athletic Trainer.  She will be working with football, men's lacrosse, cross country, track & field. 

A native of Santa Cruz, California, Paulin earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in 2015 from Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga. Paulin worked with men's rugby and men's lacrosse as Student Athletic Trainer in the Saint Mary's athletic training room. 

During her senior year at Saint Mary's, Paulin studied abroad in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, where she worked with the Eastern Province Kings Professional Rugby Team. 

Paulin most recently completed her master’s degree in athletic training from Plymouth State. During her two years, she worked directly with men’s soccer, women’s ice hockey, and men’s lacrosse, as well as assisting out-of-season athletes with rehab. During the spring of 2017, Paulin worked with the team physician assisting in weekly OrthoClinics and observing surgeries.
